Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Rate: £12.56PH plus bonus opportunity
Location: Warrington
Term: 6 months (with possible permanent opportunity)
Hours: 37.5

Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their team for 6 months on a fixed term contract and this could be the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities.
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Offer additional products to meet customer needs.
- Manage inbound customer contacts via calls, email, web chat, and other channels.
- Maintain relationships with the domestic customer base.
- Negotiate sales prices and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Support with email management and web chat as required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Desirable: Contact Centre experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence
- High degree of self-motivation, time management, and resilience
- Results-oriented and target-driven attitude
- Ability to build professional rapport with customers
- Empathy in managing customer interactions
