Prestige Cars Kent is an independent, family run used luxury car dealership based in Orpington, Kent where we stock over 250 high-end vehicles for sale.

Our Customer Contact Centre is the heart of the business. It fields and qualifies inbound enquiries on our Prestigious vehicles, we answer a range of calls which come into all areas of the business including Customer Service and Service enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for all inbound Customer Service enquiries and directing queries to relevant individuals where appropriate.

Our mission is to ensure that all callers receive the highest quality customer service, ensuring that calls are handled appropriately and when needed transferred through to the relevant teams/departments.

Daily duties will include:

  • Taking part in and contributing to regular team meetings in order to generate new ideas and generate team success.
  • Handling inbound enquiries across multiple channels, including Live Chat, Phone, WhatsApp and email with enthusiasm.
  • Appropriately managing caller expectations when/if specific people are not available to take a call.
  • Encouraging customers to reserve the vehicle or visit the showroom to view our wide range of prestige vehicles.
  • Preparing our sales team by transferring well qualified enquiries.
  • Connecting all departments to the customer for a seamless experience.
  • Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service.
  • Reminding customers of appointments and relevant offers.
  • Share feedback with managers to aid continual improvement.

What we offer you

We offer all the training required to be successful in your role, with regular on-going training sessions in order to ensure we're doing all we can to provide great customer service.

We offer a basic salary of £24,000 with a £30,000 OTE. There are 30 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays) with an extra day off for your Birthday. The department operates 7 days a week, with the following schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 08:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Sunday: 08:30 am - 5:00 pm

This role is working 5 days per week.

The work schedule consists of two shifts during the week Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with alternating weekends. These shifts alternate on a weekly basis, with one week on the early shift and the next on the late shift. However, these are subject to change as the Customer Contact Centre grows.
