What will you do?
- Handle your own broad private client caseload
- Advise on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, deputyships and court of protection matters
- Have exposure to agricultural matters
- Assist senior fee earners with more complex and challenging matters, improving your knowledge
What will you need?
- To be a newly qualified private client solicitor, or have up to 3 years' PQE
- Private client experience from your training contract or after this
- Those who are part way through legal executive training are very welcome to apply
This role will ideally be offered on a full time basis, but those looking for part-time working and/or compressed hours should get in touch
