Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of Quality Operations to join a cell and gene therapy company based in the Greater London area. As the Head of Quality Operations, you will be instrumental in leading the quality assurance team and managing the GMP facility.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage all quality activities for a GMP manufacturing facility.
- As the Head of Quality Operations, you will lead part of the quality assurance team and individual development plans.
- Play a figurehead role in managing regulatory agency inspections from MHRA and FDA.
- Develop cross-functional team-building initiatives with manufacturing, validation and quality control.
The successful candidate:
- Extensive pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Quality leadership skills at Quality Manager or Senior Quality Manager
- Dosage form experience of sterile. biopharmaceutical or cell therapy products.
