As an IT Technician at MHouse, you'll play a crucial role in our continued growth.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Hardware configuration: Install and configure computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Performance optimisation: Keep systems running smoothly by updating firmware, drivers, and BIOS settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues through thorough testing and efficient problem-solving.
- Software setup: Set up operating systems, applications, and security software.
- User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective software utilisation.
- Remote assistance: Resolve IT issues for clients using remote access tools, minimising downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of troubleshooting activities for future reference.
- Data entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining records in databases.
Required skills:
- Solid computing knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with hardware and software systems
- Excellent telephone manner and friendly demeanour

Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
