We currently operate from 26 showrooms from Edinburgh, Cardiff, to Milton Keynes & Notting Hill.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and hardworking, results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role will be integral to bolstering our showroom teams, ensuring we continue to deliver the outstanding service our clients have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our showrooms to guide our clients through the journey to their dream kitchen.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to onboarding.
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
- Working with Regional Sales Managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Managing our ATS - Talos.
- Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to source potential candidates.
- Recruitment Reporting.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.
- Providing exceptional candidate experience and promoting the Harvey Jones Home Ltd brand.
