Supply and Inventory Manager

I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Supply and Inventory Manager based in Milton Keynes. This is working for a well-established company with a great work ethic and family feel.

As the Supply and Inventory Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the correct level of stock is in the business through regular analysis and reporting for all brands. You may have been a Supply Chain Manager previously, been a Warehouse Supervisor or someone with Shipping container experience.

The role

  • Ensure the team are briefed on all stock levels and any discrepancies
  • Analyse, interrogate and validate product levels
  • Support the team and drive improvements to the supply chain
  • Check open order v current stock levels
  • Weekly reporting
  • Month end stock take
  • Stock adjustment
  • Rework management
  • Inbound management
  • Liaise with internal departments such as sales and order management

You must

  • Proven stock control experience is a must
  • Excellent Customer service focus
  • Confident team player
  • The ability to analyse data with great interrogation skills, whilst paying attention to deadlines and expected fulfilment targets
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with key stake holders of all levels and communicate confidently with their team
  • SAP or similar MRP system is desirable
