What You'll Do:
- Process Payroll: Efficiently handle payroll from client information.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships, addressing payroll and associated queries.
- Support Departments: Assist other departments with client payroll and PAYE matters.
- Data Management: Handle client data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the Payroll Solutions team.
- Query Management: Deal with ad hoc queries and manage internal relationships.
- Third-Party Queries: Address queries from HMRC and other third parties.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing with knowledge of PAYE, RTI, and auto enrolment.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Communication: Clear and confident communication skills at all levels.
