Hays are recruiting for a temporary to permanent customer services administrator for a Manchester city centre based business. This role is immediate starting and office based.
Your new role
You will be responsible for full administrative customer support, responding to emails, taking inbound and making outbound calls, using live chat, SMS and post. You will handle finance enquiries, handle payments, provide technical support, the position will hold a high level of data processing, searching of customer accounts, logging information, sending letters, scanning documentation and answering queries daily.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, you will have excellent organisational skills, you will have strong attention to detail, you will have a positive mindset. You will be a strong communicator. If you are able to speak any European languages, this would be advantageous.
