Year 2 Teacher (Maternity Cover) Vacancy
A thriving co-educational independent Prep school situated in Barnet are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspiring Year 2 Teacher from September 2024. With a creative approach to the curriculum and a good understanding of how to support children to achieve their full potential, the successful Year 2 Teacher will be a dedicated and highly passionate teacher who has high expectations for those who they teach.
Those applying should have strong pastoral skills to aid them in supporting the children's social and emotional skills. The ideal Year 2 Teacher will demonstrate a desire to work independently and as a part of the Pre-Prep team, it is vital that they will fit in well with the hardworking nature of the existing staff. A good understanding of, and a commitment to the ethos of, an independent education will be important but it is not essential to have worked in a preparatory school in the past.
