Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: London / Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £40,000

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Work alongside the Chief HR Officer across generalist HR operations.
- Provide first hand support to Managers queries including policies and procedures.
- Assisting throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
- Recruitment oversight including arranging interviews, managing candidates, liaison with recruitment and collating references.
- Administering company benefits.
- Maintaining the HR platform, HiBob.
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects in line with HR objectives.
What is the company looking for?
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience within a corporate environment.
- Muck in attitude and an ability to act with little supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and an ability to act with discretion.
- Confident user of technology and systems including Microsoft and HRIS systems.
