Client Details
Our client, a large London based Housing Association are looking to hire a Treasury Analyst on an interim basis after a recent promotion in the team.
In this role you will be involved in the analysis of the Real estate and assets, involved in the valuation process and ad hoc security work
Description
- Manage and complete the valuation process to ensure that these are completed by set deadlines
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including banks, security trustees and law firms
- Facilitate the disposal process
- Produce analysis and reports for internal and external use in compliance with deadlines
- Collaborate with the wider treasury team to support where required
Profile
- Experience with property valuations within the social housing sector
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent user of Excel
