Service Manager

£50,000 + Pension + Parking
This role is perfect for a committed Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career, you will be joining a successful local Company who are constantly growing so there will be excellent career opportunities.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the service department on a day to day basis and supervising the administration team
- Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending solutions
- Inputting client project details onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
- Liaising with external Contractors and arranging service delivery in the UK and overseas
- Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis
- Managing client accounts and ensuring their operational requirements are met
