We are seeking a Payments Advisor to join our client at their Head Office in the BT6 region.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Cash Team Manager you will be responsible for interpreting and manipulating information to enhance service delivery to customers. This role is ideal for someone who is a good communicator, problem solver, and has excellent attention to detail.
- Manage electronic payments and direct debits to ensure prompt and accurate transactions with customers.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to effectively resolve queries and arrange specialist requests.
- Reconcile bank accounts and customer payments to ensure accuracy.
- Utilise Excel and other Office Software to work with large datasets and create bespoke reports.
- Maintain company databases and systems, implementing any changes as needed.
- Perform administrative duties and other reasonable tasks as requested by management to ensure smooth office operations
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse significant amounts of data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and good phone manner for customer interactions.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work, adhering to strict guidelines and company procedures.
- Capability to remain composed in challenging situations.
