Role Overview:
If you have a passion for sport and great attention to detail this could be the role for you as we are looking for a Personalisation Operative to join our Production Team!
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract - for the right candidate, there may be the possibility of further extension or a permanent position.

What we need you to do as a Personalisation Operative:
- Perform testing methods to ensure machines are working optimally during the production procedures.
- Observe sewing/engraving/decal/pressing operations to detect defects in performance which may indicate machinery malfunction. Any fault must be reported to the supervisor.
- Ensure the work produced matches all requirements of the customer's order.
- Follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Be able to thread needles.
- Accurately input order details and make appropriate selections.
- Edit and prepare visuals from customer-supplied artwork using the Corel 2017 programmes.
- Maintain and safeguard all tools and equipment which are subsequently issued to you. Any unsuitable or unfit tools must be reported to the supervisor.
- Ensure daily targets are achieved whilst working in an organised and methodical manner.
- Set-up of machines at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper working order.
- Adapt to high-level priority tasks and work effectively as a team member with excellent communication skills.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and your workspace and machines are maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times.
Your skills as a Personalisation Operative:
- Have excellent attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
- Experience of using personalisation equipment.
- Good eyesight, including colour vision.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Capacity to work weekends and evenings.
- Previous experience within an operative role or within a personalisation/design role is desirable.
