Job Title: Global Reward Manager

Location: Reading - 3 days a week in office

Salary: Up to £80,000 - depending on experience

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, PMI , up to 15% annual bonus - based on company & personal performance

Job Description: Are you a talented Reward Specialist seeking a unique opportunity in Reading? Join an impressive, marketing leading, matrix organisation as Global Reward Manager. You will act as the global Reward SME and business partner to local stakeholders across several countries (predominately EU).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Reward, Job Evaluation and Performance initiatives globally.
  • Lead the management of the global reward end of year process.
  • Business partnering, influence and upskill local country stakeholders on reward best practice.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience within Reward, preferably within a global matrix environment.
  • Proven experience delivering reward initiatives including job elevations, equal pay analysis and end of year actively.
  • Proficiency with data, strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and coordinate input from stakeholders at all levels.
