Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a regional Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer (M&E) on a 12 month fixed term contracts. This role offers £32,716.62 per annum, with hybrid and flexible working policy, with a 50/50 split between home and the office/site. - To be professionally accountable for ensuring that the property stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements
- To be responsible for performance managing contracts in a consistent manner
- To deliver contracts to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance target, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction
Compliance Officer (M&E) – Housing Association – What You Need:
- UK Driving License and own vehicle
- Social Housing experience
- Record of working within a compliance field both independently and as part of a team to a portfolio of residential properties
