Role: Sales Administrator (6-month FTC) Immediate start!

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide admin support to the team for a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
Our client is an innovative business supplying a wide range of Branded and own label food products across multiple categories in chilled, frozen, and ambient.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
Sales Order Processing:
- Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date records and relevant documents.
- Loading Promotions
- Debit notes
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining and organising sales records and reports
- General Administrative Tasks
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and maintain sales data in our CRM system.
- Compile and generate sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
