I have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly successful legal 500 department in the West Birmingham / Dudley area. My client are looking for an experienced, friendly and ambitious private client solicitor to join the well respected team, take on an existing caseload, and provide a high quality service to clients.
We are looking for a solicitor to contribute to business development, supervision of more junior staff, and assist the Divisional Head. Alongside these responsibilities, the successful candidate will take on a caseload consisting of:
- Advising on and preparing wills
- Advising on and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Dealing with the administration of Estates, including Grand of Probate applications
- Drafting and administering trusts
