Service Coordinator
Salary 23-24k
Hours:8.30-5.30pm Mon-Fri
We are looking for an Service Coordinator to work within managed services for a leading retail brand.
Working alongside your clients marketing teams, we are looking for an Service Coordinator to support end-to-end project delivery as well as:
- Managing campaigns from the creation of the brief through to distribution
- Working alongside estimating and procurement teams to manage quotations and timescales
- Monitoring progress of campaigns including dispatch and logistics
- Liaising with your client daily with regards to project progress, queries, timescales, and updates
- Managing the creation of Artwork via in house systems and 3rd parties
- Briefing and updates with 3rd parties, including production, logistics and design
- Administration tasks such as scheduling and updating CRM systems
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service, or Service delivery environment, as well as
- Ability to manage projects from brief to completion
- Strong administration skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to mange multiple projects
- Ability to communicate across all departments and levels of the business
- Strong customer service skills
- An interest in the operational side of marketing would be advantageous
