This hotel is an iconic landmark and retreat, positioned on a wildly beautiful and secluded tidal Burgh island. A career at Burgh Island is unique and is not for the faint-hearted. Island life brings with it several challenges in terms of location and working hours. We are looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef wanting to learn and develop their career.
