Customs Admin
Customs Admin Responsibilities:

Customs Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and submit customs documentation (import/export declarations, bills of lading, commercial invoices, etc.) for the clearance of shipments.

Ensure compliance with all relevant customs laws, tariffs, and international trade regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs-related activities.

Coordination with Brokers and Agencies:

Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.

Provide necessary information for product classification, valuation, and origin documentation to customs authorities.

Tariff Classification & Duty Calculation:

Classify goods according to tariff coding systems and ensure the correct duties, taxes, and tariffs are applied.

Monitor and manage duty payments, ensuring that they are paid on time to avoid delays or penalties.

Import/Export Control:

Ensure compliance with export control regulations, including sanctions and embargoes.

Manage applications for import/export licenses where required.

Ensure proper documentation for restricted or controlled goods.
