**The Role of a Vehicle Technician:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work in a positive and supportive environment. This role is based in Harrogate so commuting to Harrogate is essential.
**Responsibilities a Vehicle Technician:**
- Perform all aspects of vehicle servicing and repairs, including:
- Engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
- Diagnostic testing and fault finding
- Routine maintenance checks
- MOT preparation and testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Contribute to the overall success of the workshop
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving license
- MOT testing qualification (desirable)
