Role: Customer Service & After-Sales Support Representative
Location: Manchester Near the Airport (Free Parking Available)
Hybrid Working: Monday - Friday with up to 2 days remote per week
Salary: £23,200 + annual bonus
Search Manchester are working alongside a market leader within their industry and are looking for a proactive Customer Service & After-Sales Support Representative to join their close-knit team. You'll be the first point of contact and delivering exceptional support across the diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt assistance via telephone and email for customer enquiries and complaints.
- Manage orders for after sales enquiries, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of product issues and handling complaints efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally with complaint handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Empathy balanced with a results-driven mindset.
