Business Development ManagerSalary £30,000 + turnover based commission structure..

We are searching for someone that is looking to join an extremely successful company based in Epsom. You will play an extremely important role for the business and help drive sales to new and existing customers. Maybe you have been working within the sports leisure industry or another organisation selling combat equipment, if so, this is the role for you.

The company are expanding, and therefore the Business Development Team needs your help!

The Role:

  • Identify areas to up-sell to existing clients.
  • Identify new areas of business and companies to sell new products into.
  • Be able to find the right connection and develop this relationship within new and existing clients.
  • Travel to trade shows, client's premises, and strive to be a tenacious personality within the industry.
  • Handle any company generated leads with diligence and professionalism.
  • Maintain prospect client's and current client's database.
  • Keep abreast of all developments within the combat leisure industry, so that you can have meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Represent yourself and the business in the best possible light at all times.

The Person:

  • High level of interest in the sports leisure industry, or a big Call of Duty gamer.
  • Used to working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Experience of selling to SME's and communicating at all levels.
