Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative and secretarial skills? Do you enjoy being the backbone of a team, providing support and ensuring smooth operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team with secretarial tasks, typing, filing, scanning, and general admin support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or admin professional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
