I am currently working on behalf of a school just outside Taunton. The role is full time so is perfect for an ECT who is just starting their journey as a teacher and is looking for an opportunity to develop their skills and fully complete their qualifications. However, is it also a great opportunity for an experienced instructor, who adores teaching and working with children.
The role will involve:
- Planning and marking
- Temporary role which could lead to a permanent position
- Key stage 3 and 4
What the client is looking for
The school is looking for a kind, approachable individual, who can show excellent organisational skills and be assertive yet adapt to ever changing situations.
- Is confident at executing the school's ethos and values
- A commitment to 'getting involved' in overall school life
- QTS (ECT's are welcome to apply) or at least 1 year experience teaching in a UK school
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
