A specialist education school based in the SG8 area of Cambridgeshire. The school are lucky to have a comprehensive specialist and therapy team which allows them to provide a specialist provision to children aged 6-19 and adults 19-30.
Description
- Develop and improve individual and site practice around behaviours and safeguarding
- Policy implementation
- Implement attendance policy
- Communication extensively with Carers, Parents, Employees, Local Authority and external agencies
- Work as part of the wider team
Profile
- DSL Training or experience as a DSL
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Leadership in a residential setting - children or adults
- Experience managing complex scenarios
- Understanding of OFSTED and CQC Inspections
