Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting, including working capital and funding requirements.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar is highly desirable.
