A well established London law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support their busy property team at their Canary Wharf office.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide support to Property Fee Earners and have experience with New Build and Shared Ownership transactions. Duties to include:
- Opening new files including drafting of letters of engagement
- Carrying out client ID and AML checks
- Liaising with national house builders and developers
- Preparing and creating reports
- Dealing with emails and enquiries
- Assisting with ledger inquiries
- Management of payments on account and preparing invoices
- Legal research
This Paralegal position is a full time permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' Property Paralegal experience in a law firm
- Experience with New Build and Shared Ownership purchases (desirable)
