We are looking for a Service Charge team leader to join the team of a well-established organisation on a permanent basis. This role is offering a hybrid working model, the ability to further your skills and a location with great transport links.

Mon- Fri/ 37 hour week
As a Service Charge team leader, your main duties will be:
- Assessing costs from services provided to customers.
- Assisting the team in budget monitoring costs at cost centre level
- Leading the team in recovering costs and calculating annual service charge bills
- Maintaining the service charge module
- Reviewing procedures and streamline current procedure and
- Managing, co-ordinating and monitoring the work flows within the team, allocating responsibilities to team members and reporting Performance Indicators on the team's outputs.
To be successful as a Service charge team leader, you will have:
- Knowledge of the production of reconciliations to strict deadlines (incl. resolution of reconciling items).
- Ability to use and develop integrated computer systems
- Proven high level working of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to evaluate report results for reasonableness
- Ability to liaise with all levels of staff
