What you'll do:
As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to our clients when they need it most. You will handle client requests with care and consideration, collaborating with internal partners to resolve any outstanding issues. Your commitment to understanding our funds, products, services and the wider Financial Services industry will ensure you can provide the best possible advice and support to our clients.
- Handle and prioritise client requests via phone and email, ensuring all communications are within regulatory guidelines and are accurate, clear, and concise
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop solutions for outstanding issues
- Ensure client inquiries are resolved within defined service levels
- Develop knowledge of funds, products, services as well as the overall Financial Services industry
