Nexus Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and professional Night Concierge for a luxury development in Hendon. This is a day position working amongst an established team with exceptional standards. I'm looking to speak with candidates from a 5-star hospitality or residential setting with a strong appreciation for customer service who will align with the current establishment.
Core Duties
- Managing the desk alongside an established team, providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues where required
- Escalating issues to the Building Manager when required
- Ensuring compliance with all company procedures
- Make reservations where required at restaurants, theatres and taxis etc.
This opportunity will suit a service professional with customer delivery at the forefront of everything they do. Required attributes:
- 2+ years previous experience as a Concierge within either the hospitality or residential sector
- Customer service driven and passionate about 5-star hospitality
- Able to work as part of a busy and established team
- Take pride in your appearance

4 days on, 4 days off
£30,000-£32,000pa doe
