Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Purchasing/Customer Service Assistant to join a successful brand.
As a
Customer Service Executive
you will beresponsible for offering excellent standards of Customer Service, handling customer queries and updates. This is a varied role, also including supply chain and purchasing responsibilities, ensuring stock meets the needs of customers. You will also handle ad hoc administration and support senior staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries via telephone, live chat, post and email.
- Updating customers and third parties when facing delays.
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders and invoices.
- Cover specialist departments when required.
- Work closely with the Accounts Team, regarding supplier invoicing.
- Provide customers with updates on their orders.
- Ad hoc administration.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
- processing orders , returns and exchanges
- Liaising with suppliers, regarding stock levels and purchasing.
- Coordinate bookings/appointments via the in-house system.
**Ideally, you will/be:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service position
- Any experience in stock control or purchasing would be be an advantage but can be taught
- Proficient Microsoft Office and IT skills.
- Self-organised and able to adapt per workloads.
- Offer excellent customer service skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
