Your New Role
As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment on our workshop floor.
Your tasks will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machinery, electronic components, and instrumentation.
- Collaborating with engineers and workshop staff to optimise equipment performance.
- Conducting preventive maintenance of electronic equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assisting in the installation and commissioning of electronic equipment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of electronic circuits, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling delicate components and following technical documentation.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
