Role
- Job Description: The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities. This includes outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
- Responsibilities: Conducting research to identify potential leads, making outbound calls and emails to prospects, qualifying leads based on specific criteria, and updating CRM records with accurate information.
- Performance : SDRs are assessed based on the number of qualified leads generated, conversion rates, and the successful handoff of leads to the sales team.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Progression : Candidates has the opportunity to progress into AE and AD roles within the business, all of which come with a minimum of double OTE.
