Our Client Ealing Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a Learning Disabilities Team with a social work qualification.
- The candidate should have an understanding of Adult Social Work legislation.
- A good standard of completing assessments such as Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Be familiar with the safeguarding procedure and have acted as a enquiry officer or SAM.
- Have experience of working with other agencies and providers.
- Have an understanding of using a strength based approach within there social work practice.
- Can jointly work with Learning Disabilities Health Team.
- Attending and completing reviews and support plans.
- Desirable but not essential using Mosaic.
- Making good use of supervision.
- Understanding of Direct Payments.
- To undertake duty once per week and other times when required.

What you need:
- QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
- A minimum of 2 years' experience
- Right to work in the UK
