Salisbury - Assistant Accountant - Salary upto £32k - Manufacturing
My client are leaders in manufacturing and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands of product development and are looking for an Assistant Accountant.
Main Duties:
- To post daily purchase and sales transactions
- To ensure bank reconciliations are carried out
- To prepare the monthly payroll
- To prepare regular BACS payments to suppliers
- To assist with stock reconciliations and month end functions
- To prepare quarterly VAT returns
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within an Assistant Accountant type role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working in a busy finance department
The salary for the position is upto £32k depending on experience.
