Your New Role
Within your new role as People Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and staff. You will be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases, supporting the implementation of the people strategy, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will drive forward operational performance, ensuring the organisation's values are at the forefront of what they do.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end complex Employee Relations casework
- Provide up-to-date advice and guidance to management
- Absence Management
- HR Project Work
- Stakeholder Management
- Coaching & Training
- Supporting the implementation of the people strategy
What You Need to Succeed
- Significant experience in a similar HR role, particularly in managing complex employee relations cases, including organisational changes and restructures.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong consultation, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented collaborator, capable of independent work and leading initiatives.
- Strong ethical standards, committed to fairness, equity, and diversity.
