- *Previous customer support experience (telephone based)
- * Management of calls, queries & Issues
- * Previous experience of dealing with inbound customer calls and resolving queries
- * Excellent written and communication skills
- * Good negotiation and administration skills
- * Good Ms Office skills
- * Be available immediately and commit to a long term contract , possible permanent position
- * Be able to commute to Slough - hybrid working
