Our client, a Chartered, independent financial planning company, is now looking for its next hire - to join the team as an aspiring financial plannerWith this role, comes clear structure and markers for progression, and would suit anyone who thrives on achieving milestones and is serious about learning all aspects of financial planning and progression through to Adviser.Beginning as a Trainee Financial Planner, learning the ropes with administration, having full study support to achieve the CII Diploma in Financial Planning and progressing through to Adviser. Ideal for someone who is confident with a strong commitment to self-leadership.

All 4 current advisers within the business began as administrators so the progression is genuine and tried and tested. Other perks include:

  • 25 days holiday + Bank holiday
  • 8% company pension contribution

  • 12.45pm finish on a Friday

The role/company:

Originally formed in 2005, the client growth has been completely organic, based entirely upon their reputation for highly professional financial advice. They pride themselves on their staff retention, and on home growing their employees and encouraging growth and development.

  • Currently with 4 Advisers, 2 Paraplanners and three full time Administrators -the role offers the perfect opportunity for any aspiring Financial Planner or Adviser to be exposed to a great variety of work and have mentorship from working collaboratively with the other more experienced employees.
  • There is a clear pathway for progression, and you will have a progression path mapped out with encouraging milestones and a road map to keep your career development moving forward.
  • You will be provided with full study support and exam support.

Additional Information

  • Hours: 8.45am - 5pm - Monday to Thursday / 8.45am - 12.45pm Friday
  • Please note due to the rural location of our client you will need to be a car driver
