What You'll Do:
- Drafting and Negotiating Transaction Documents: Create, review, and negotiate legal documents for private M&A transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, share subscription and joint venture agreements, pre-bid agreements, and ancillary transaction documents.
- Due Diligence: Lead and manage large-scale due diligence exercises (both sell- and buy-side) and disclosure processes.
- Transaction Management: Collaborate with colleagues and advisors to provide seamless advice, ensuring client objectives and timelines are met.
- Business Development and Networking: Engage in activities to grow our business and network.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to departmental know-how and training activities.
- Mentoring: Support and mentor junior lawyers.
- Risk and Control: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
