Job specification:
- Collaborate with the Corporate Lead to maximize both existing and new revenue streams, ensuring the achievement of the annual targets.
- Deliver exceptional partnership management through attentive stewardship and consistent, effective communication.
- Create, develop, and implement innovative ideas and strategies.
- Assist in the development and management of new corporate partnerships.
- Support the Corporate Lead in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential new corporate partners through continuous research.
- Manage and oversee the administrative tasks related to corporate fundraising.
- Perform additional duties as required that align with the scope and level of this position.
Person specification:
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks proactively, and prioritise.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in both numeracy and literacy.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also independently plan and manage their workload.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM databases.
- Knowledge or experience in the charity sector.
- Familiarity with the Institute of Fundraising codes of practice.
- Experience in fundraising, account management, or sales within a client-facing environment.
