Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading refurbishment shopfitting contractor based near Eastleigh, Hampshire who is searching for a Project Administrator to join the business.

The company has a long tradition of successfully delivering retail, convenience store, restaurants, gyms and office fitout projects across the UK.

The role of the Project Administrator:

The PA is responsible for supporting the administrative functions across multiple projects. The PA is also required to provide project support by performing various Assistant Contracts Manager functions and other Company department administrative functions.

Duties of the Project Administrator:

  • Monitoring and managing the client email for meeting invites, quote requests and project information.
  • Creating project folders on the company server for new projects.
  • Raising contract numbers.
  • Adding key dates for meetings, projects to work trackers and planners.
  • Liaising with the manager for contracts teams availability to attend meetings and carry out works.
  • Monitor and update the KPI tracker to assist in ensuring client KPI targets are met.
  • Uploading of project information to the clients Dropbox to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Updating and sign off on client's project schedules to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Assisting with placement of orders for materials, hire equipment and sub-contractors.
  • Off hiring equipment.
  • Liaise with site teams to assist with any requirements.
  • Support with preparing H&S and project site files.
  • Booking of couriers and transport to site.
  • Booking of accommodation.

Requirements of the Project Administrator:

  • You will have experience working in either a construction or facilities management background.
  • You will have strong IT skills.
  • You will have excellent organisation skills.
