- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field /
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A
- French language would be an advantage
Main Tasks Overview :
- Management Accounts & Month End Reporting in a multiple currency environment:
- Preparing the monthly management accounts
- Maintaining prepayments and accruals entries
- Providing the reporting with accuracy and respecting deadlines
- Reviewing cost lines and performance against budget and forecast
- Performing variance analysis
Yearly Budget and Quarterly Forecasts Processes:
- Consolidating the yearly budget and quarterly forecasts of the entity
- Updating and maintaining financial models
- Analysing the variances
- Meeting with the Managing Director and department Heads for reviews
- Presenting the budget and forecasts to the Head Office finance team
- Uploading the budget and forecasts in the group reporting platforms
Quarterly Joint Venture reconciliations:
- Preparing the quarterly statements of the US JV
- Yearly Audit
- Supporting the HoF and the Financial Accountant with the year audit.
