Description

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Conducting regular ledger reviews and reconciliations
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Handling monthly payroll and utilities, taxation and company assets
  • Maintaining financial databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
  • Adhering to all company procedures and accounting principles

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other business systems
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

Job Offer

  • An approximate annual salary range between £27,000-£32,000 FTE
