Adult Social Worker, £43.78ph, Assessment, Liverpool
Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Social Workers to join the Adult Neighbourhood Team. The postholder will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care Service as part of an integrated team responsible for safeguarding, support planning and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs continuously improving outcomes. They will identify individual needs through assessment, plan, co-design and regularly review individual support plans.
The successful candidate must have relevant experience in Adult Social Care, have completed their ASYE, and be registered with the SWE.
