**Job Overview:

Are you patient, customer-focused, and ready to bring enthusiasm to our sales team? We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve managing the administrative tasks within our Sales Department, ensuring we exceed customer expectations and help grow our brand. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving and expanding business.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, manage invoicing, and ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
  • Administration: Handle all administrative tasks, including meeting brand requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service, supporting the sales process.
  • Stock Management: Keep vehicle stock lists and digital records up-to-date in alignment with management and manufacturer systems.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Coordinate with the workshop to prepare vehicles for handover, ensuring everything is ready on time.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing clear and effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data, ensuring information is current and correct.
  • Teamwork: Thrive in a busy, fast-paced team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues.

  • Experience: Preferably with experience as a Sales Administrator in industries such as Material Handling, Equipment Hire, M&E Engineering, or Transport/Logistics, though relevant experience from any sector will be considered.
  • Eligibility: Must hold a valid permit to work in the UK.
