We're now looking for a BA to join our Advised Business Analysis Team in driving the development of the advised product suite with a focus on AJ Bell Custody Solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the successful delivery of continuous improvements, new products & functionality and ensuring we meet regulatory obligations.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues on the discovery, design, build, delivery, and testing for new and existing web solutions, creating high quality user stories for developers and testers
  • Conduct gap, impact, and risk analysis and seek to identify areas where improvement in systems and processes will lead to an improved customer experience and /or greater efficiency

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience of working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other business stakeholders
  • Experience in writing user stories, modelling processes, and documenting requirements
  • Ability to clearly articulate business requirements to UX designer, development, and testing teams
  • A proven history of delivery on both large software development projects, including system and technical changes, as well as smaller individual changes
  • Experience of facilitating and managing workshops and meetings (virtual or in-person)
  • Effective communication skills including questioning and challenging stakeholders, clearly articulating technical and business understanding and building and maintaining interdepartmental relationships
  • Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential
