Title: Payroll Manager

Location: Watford

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 6 days in 4 remote.

Salary: £70,000 (9-12 month FTC)

JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee their day to day BAU processes on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the payroll team to maximize system utilisation whilst processing for over 10,000 employees.
  • Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, advising on technical and legislative matters.
  • Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits.
  • Oversee payroll systems, advised HR on upgrades, and supported internal and external audits.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a Payroll Managers role, leading a team of 5+.
  • High volumes of over 10,000 employees.
  • Be available to start in September.
